Please go easier on yourself. Who says you need to lose that much weight? If you want to wear a bikini, fine go ahead, you do not need to be stick thin to wear one. Actually, you'll look better if you aren't! I cannot imagine a size 3/4 bikini looking good on anyone, except a child.
Try to concentrate on eating healthy foods that you are happy with, drinking enough water, (but not excessive amounts), and gentle excercise. When you suddenly starve yourself you will lose muscle, which lowers your metabolic rate, so you will put on weight more easily. Also, your body will need the electrolytes, you will have no energy whatsoever for excercise without them, and could end up dead, or with brain damage.
I know its not easy to lose the mindset. I still have days when my brain is in ED mode, but I try to get the better of it. If you can change your way of thinking, then you're halfway there.
