I think that a diet loosely based around the blood-type diet is probably best for most. As a type O, I actually do feel better with some meat in my diet. It doesn't have to be a lot, but I'd suffer without it. For many I do think allegies do play a part in eating disorders. This can often be as simple as cutting down heavily on wheat and milk, to make a huge difference. The level of toxins our bodies are exposed to also plays a big part. By cutting back on coffee, cigarettes, and artificial additives, we are better able to deal with our emotions, and control our blood Sugar levels and therefore our eating habits.
