Re: Ingredients for Facial Cleanser?

Now you'll get horrified, but I stopped using ANY cleanser at all on my face 3 years ago and I'm very happy. At the beginning the face felt kind of oily, but in time it just found its balance. What I do is plenty of water splashes with cold water, eventually with a tsp of ACV. My face is perfectly clean! cleansers remove the natural oils of the skin, only water is just perfect!

(if you can shower often and let pass water through your hair - I can't because I have dreadlocks - you can also consider eliminating any shampoo too! Just prepare an oil, say sesam oil, with essential oils, if your hair is dry, or a friction with vodka and essential oils if you hair is oily, and once a week massage throughly the scalp and let the hair be impregnated with it, then brush often and let water rinse often, if you like you can have also rinses with ACV, which make hair very shiny. Voila'! You've eliminated also the shampoo!)
