This group is useful for helping to interpet adrenal and thyroid test results....

but basically for the thyroid, your 'frees' (FT3 and FT4) should be in the upper 1/3 or 1/4 of the ref ranges. TSH should be below 2.

Symptoms are the best way of determining endocrine dysfunction, plus tracking your temperature. This is a good site....
