norwegian frustration

so now: I can't order anything from US because it wouldn't pass the toll. What I purchase from UK, which is already double price because of taxes, international mailing and such, is then charged of 80% (VAT - which is already payed but they don't care - and toll), so it costs approximatively 4 times more.
