Well my new diet has been going ok I guess. I'm still making mistakes by eating stuff I shouldnt.
Grilled chicken with rice
Roasted vegetable ritz crackers
12 inch chicken bacon ranch sub from subway (This was a HUGE mistake. I felt very miserable while I was eating it and after)
Had 3 glazed donuts one night. also a big no no.
2 snickerdoodle cookies
Lipton hot tea with pure wildflower honey
I know that the sub and the cookies and the donuts were a big no no. What about grilled chicken with rice though? Need some protein somehow. Or what about crackers. The Lipton tea I didnt put any milk in it of course or sugar,just this pure honey that was from a local farm.
My new diet of mainly fruits and veggies has really made me more constipated and blocked up. Is that because my body isnt used to the new diet yet? it boggles my mind because id think fruit would make it run or something..
