I meant that some people in Curezone think that it is better to detox slowly. Like giving up things one at a time or adding foods/supplements one at a time that will allow the toxins in your body to leave a little at a time. They say that too many toxins in your blood/saliva isn't good for you.
I think this is a personal choice. If you want to go 90% raw, then go for it. If you are finding that you can't handle the detox symptoms, then ease up a bit, re-evaluate what you are doing.
Everyone is different and you need to figure out what is best for you. I like to read other people's ideas and experiment on myself.
I think giving up dairy is a great idea. I am Italian-American and grew up on wheat and dairy. 5 years ago, I consumed huge amounts of cheese and never could have imagined in my wildest dreams ever giving it up. Not only do I not eat any dairy now, but I no longer have any cravings for it, even if it is right in front of me. My husband can't even believe I don't want cheese anymore. If he buys it, it just sits in the refrigerator and I have no desire whatsoever to eat it.
