Yes, the whole thing makes me nervous: I've read a lot, and then I get reallytired and just want to place my trust in someone and at least take care of what's urgent. Can't seem to make up my mind about all the variables...which I'm pretty sure is directly related to this whole mercury mess, since I know I have a *good* mind. It's in there somewhere :-) Now I read that the white fillings can be 50% aluminum. Arggh.

I am now considering having the dentist put in a temporary fix, if possible.
