Seriously chapped skin on hands.

I had the typical dry, cracking skin on my knuckles from the dry air and washing them too much. The amount of washing I"ve had to do lately from touching sick animals, raw meat, washing and cleaning things..etc.. Ugh..You'd think I have OCD.

Well, the cracked knuckles wasn't a big problem. Forgetting to dilute white vinegar and sticking my hands in it.... That killed. I have burned little, bloody and cracking holes everywhere. It looks like a bird was pecking at them or something. I can't make a fist, and can hardly move my fingers.

I'm washing them with oatmeal and olive oil. This is the only thing that doesn't sting. What else can I do to heal this up faster? I don't even care if it's not natural.. I can't stand it anymore. It's been days. Vaseline at night isn't even doing much..and that's always fixed the cracked knuckle problem.
