Re: Alternatives Please Help!!

>I have found Milk Thistle to be one of the most helpfull things i have tried throughout all this, but it doesnt help with the nausea like it used to, also i am unsure how long it is safe to take it for.

Milk thistle is a fairly safe herb so ok to take for long periods. Plus your liver probably needs long-term support anyway. Perhaps though you could add or try other liver herbs now if the milk thistle isn't enough. I know other mercury toxic people who recommend a herb called 'eclipta alba' though I haven't tried it myself. There's lots of other liver herbs eg barberry, fumitory, chelidonium though don't try a lot at once as it may induce a cleansing crisis.

>My doc wants me to do EPD (allergy shots) but this is NOT successfull if candida is present

If you do at some point decide to go for this, make sure the shots don't contain thimerosal (which is mercury derivative), as I believe some of them do.

>I have rechallenged foods several times, and get the same result, i can hardly live with the after effects, they last Sooooo long and hurt my kidneys

You're obviously extremely sensitive. Have you had your kidneys checked out? Perhaps you could do some kidney cleansing....very gently of course. I would suggest you visit Shelley's a wealth of information and has kidney problems herself though may not be for the same reason.

>How are you dealing with the candida? Have you felt improvement since Amalgam removal? What have you used?

I stick (mainly) to a sugar, gluten and dairy-free diet, take probiotics, do enemas sometimes, eat coconut oil every day and also have apple cider vinegar most days and sometimes aloe vera. All this helps A LOT. Perhaps you could start doing home enemas?

>Have you felt improvement since Amalgam removal? What have you used?

After Amalgam removal 5 years ago I didn't have experience any obvious benefit or worsening of my health problems. I had a lot of adrenal fatigue though with virtually uncontrollable blood Sugar problems. Also this was complicated by the fact that I wasn't eating much protein which helps with mercury toxicity. At the moment I'm taking adrenal and thyroid glandulars and various other supplements eg fish oils, minerals eg magnesium, selenium, vit C and E, phosphatydal serine (which also supports the adrenals). I'm finding all these really helpful and are probably helping with any candida (and possibily parasite) issues I have. I've been planning to chelate (the Cutler way) but haven't started yet.

If I can think of anything else which might help I'll let you know.

Take care :)
