Not safe!

I think what he is trying to do is put something in the water so when the heavy metals leach out your pores into the water the bleach will bind to it and not allow it to re-enter your body. Apple cider vinegar and Epsom Salts also do this.

Hula Clark talks in her new book how full clorox is of heavy metals dyes ect. and considering your body drinks through your skin whatever is in the bath water, yes that includes soap ect. you don't want to be drinking clorox. The only clean bleach is NSF bleach bought from a pool supplies store and that is very, very strong must be thinned down!
Bleach is so caustic a pregnant woman just swimming in a pool or breathing the fumes while pouring into laundry can cause her to have a miscarriage!
My best friend was doing laundry years back and poured 1 cup into a load and 1 hour later was miscarrying.
