Removed all fillings in one day

I had all my fillings removed in 1 day and did very will. Here is a link to my story:

I believe the real key to feeling better is supplementation and diet. The reason most people feel sick is that they don't carefully detox and control their diet. You also have to make sure precautions are taken when the removal is done to protect you from mercury exposure. Make sure you take a good shower when you get home from the removal. Shampoo twice or more.

Here are some general rules to follow:

-Avoid Sugar and caffiene. One cup of coffee does 90% of the damage of 3 cups so just avoid it completely. This alone has changed many lives.

-Avoid NutraSweet. Aspartame consumption continues to grow as an ignorant majority continue to consume this systemic poison:

-Avoid high-sulfur foods (eggs, etc.) until you are well "detoxed"

-Take supplements to buffer whatever problems you're having. For example: For Depression or low energy, take a thyroid supplement. For headaches, take a calcium-magnesium supplement. For constipation, take cascara. etc...

-Take Algin to prevent reabsorbtion/redistribution of mercury and general to experience a general relief of symptoms:

-Take citrus bioflavonoids and vitamin E with selenium (if you don't take a blood thinner) to protect the brain/body from mercury oxidative damage.

There are many other things you can do depening on your symptoms. If you have symptoms after the removal name them and I'll try to offer specific suggestions.

Best of luck to you!
