chlorella, anyone?

has anyone used chlorella for detoxing before and/or after Amalgam replacement? i just got a big thing of chlorella powder the other day to mix with my fruit shakes (is it okay to mix ?) in preparation for the Amalgam removal, but wasn't sure exactly how much to take, etc... my health is still rather delicate at the moment, so i dont' want to go overboard with detoxing...

also now i hear that there are bad contaminated chlorellas out there with heavy metals IN them :( i dont' know how u might tell them apart...
mine is from "jarrow formulas" "yaeyama chlorella".... is anyone familiar with this? :o !!

one last question for anyone who is familiar with liver flushing... would u advise me to do one BEFORE the Amalgam removal? or shoudl i wait? i've done one so far which was great, and i got some huge stones out - my digestion improved... but i was also terribly weakened by it for a while... and i don't know if a second one would also weaken me or cleanse me for the amalgam removal...
