All these cleanses are very safe. And very important and necessary for good health.

I suggest that you buy Dr. Clark's Cure For All Diseases as a beginning step so that you can get a grasp at what you are aiming to do, and to read about how important all these cleanses are for your ultimate health.

Fasting is not listed in her book. But fasting is a age old remedy for curing ailments by letting your body work its own magic.

However, Dr. Clark did mention in her speech at last years Rife conference that a good way to kill parasites was to starve them for seven days by fasting!!

The weight that you lose from fasting for short periods like 7 to 10 days is a lot of water, and a whole lot of colon garbage, and some fat. And when you end your fast the weight usually comes back on in a short time.

By doing the liver cleanses, your digestion will be so improved that your body will assimulate and make use of the nutrition that you do put into your body.
