Hiya chris!

It's been a LONG time since my chemistry of nutrition class so I'm not really comfortable with explaining the process of partially hydrogenated oils and how they digest etc., (altho I can actually see the diagram of Hydrogen atoms and carbon geez the teacher drilled it good!) BUT I do know tht supplementing with a good EFA is theh best thing you can do.

The part.hy. oils screw things up for the oils in the bar, but having better oils will compensate.
