Well actually I have a white pine in my back yard the needles a great source of vitamin c! But then I would still have to get the alkalizing minerals to create the balance! Actually the blend is a convenience but a good one and a bottle last me a long time because i dont take it every day usually when stressed or need quick energy! But I dont bash it and many dont have access to wild herbs and plants! Some dont have it so lucky like you and I Lapis! What about all those poor people who live in NEW YORK CITY!
