Take it easy, we're all on the same side.
Ok, I am not sure what your frame of mind is,
so I don't want to insult you. It sounds to me like
you are being a little rough on rockybird.
Rockybird is very knowledgeable and he gave very good and valid advice. If you would have read what you posted and followed the
recommendations to read the material Mercola referenced...which
you obviously did NOT... then you would know
1) Cilantro mobilizes more mercury than it can retain (and excrete with it). It looses roughly 80% of the mobilized mercury along the way. Most of the lost mercury is lost in the small intestine.
It is this RE-toxification that causes the symptoms rockybird posted. There have been many posters that have posted the exact same problems. What happens is that you mobilize mercury stored in mostly benign areas like fat cells, and when it gets reabsorbed in the small intestine, a lot of that mercury goes in your brain and nervous system, especially in the spinal area.
2) The method to subvert this RE-toxification is to take chlorella together with cilantro. Chlorella is an intestinal chelator. It does most of its work in the intestine. Exactly were cilantro is too weak and looses the mercury. In this way the mercury mobilized by cilantro is bound for excretion by chlorella.
If you take a small dose of cilantro without chlorella you will not feel bad because you didn't mobilize enough mercury to feel bad. A dose that may be too much to a person who has a lot of mercury (or just starting detox) or a small person may be a very safe dose to a large framed man or someone that does not have a lot of mercury to chelete.
You specifying 1/3 cup, this means absolutely nothing. The fact you don't get sick from it has nothing to do with rockybird or another poster from getting mercury symptoms from 1/3 cup.

I refer you to the same works Mercola referred you to, especially the Dr. Klinghart protocols (he explains all this in pain staking detail). He in collaboration with some of the others on the Mercola list, in my opinion, have the best protocol there is right now. The Mercola protocol is a very general introductory protocol. To get the Mercola treatment you need to pay Mercola.
