This is in response to my own post below on Cilantro, and I wanted to make sure everyone read this because I MADE A MISTAKE in taking it.

I took a lot of cilantro yesterday and later on I had serious brain fog, had to take a nap, have a constant low-grade headache (I never get headaches), and slept late this morning. This was not my imagination, and the cilantro was well tolerated by my stomach. Yea, pretty damn stupid in hindsight. The cilantro definitely did something to stir things up, and I wish I had NOT taken it. I also felt very depressed since taking the cilantro. It's been 24 hours now. I took a bunch of vitamin C and multi-vitamins to try to counter the mercury (or lead) that was stirred up. I think I introduced more mercury into my brain from my body or fillings when the cilantro stirred it up.

I guess I'm just not thinking straight lately, maybe I'm getting a little desperate to get this issue over. I got Andrew Hall Cutler's book out again and will try to follow some of his protocols after I get the Amalgams out, and the protocols here on CureZone. Plus all of the conflicting theories on mercury chelation are just confusing. Plus, I have an aversion to dentists - most of them are hacks to me, and I don't trust them. Plus what do I replace them with? Bizphenol-A chemicals, fluoride ionomers, estrogen-like plastics....

Yea, I know. Get the Amalgams out. Learn from my mistake though. A lot of this mercury stuff is theory, but I now believe first-hand what this stuff does and how it really affects the brain. Chelation is serious business. I do not disagree with Owen's cilantro usage - it just wasn't right for me at this point. Maybe I will use cilantro after I get the Amalgams out and chelate the body first.
