Testicle lump...

I'm freaking out, yesterday I felt a big lump on the top of my right testicle... not sure what to make of it. I remember last year I did a prostate check because i was sick and they didn't find anything wrong with me after also blood tests but i take it testicle lump is different thing? I heard its normal sometimes but could this be a tumor? it moves around easy and i think it's quite soft... the lump that is. I'm not feeling any pain recent;y and pee normal etc... should I just go check with the doctor and stop freaking out? I'm really scared maybe because I'm just 23. Tweet
