Just thought I'd post what Dr. Pressman says on this topic.
"Ozone made from pure oxygen will have nothing in it except ozone. That is ok to breathe in moderate amounts, at moderate concentrations.
Ozone made from air will have nitric oxide in it, as well as
altered hydrocarbons and other substances. It is not too good to
breathe that. If you need to clean the air, you can use an air fed ozone generator with a timer, so that it goes on full blast when you are not there, and then shuts off a half hour before you get home.
