Re: Questions for Gaylen and Anunnaki.

I wanted to mention some things to be careful about with ozone. I have a medical ozone machine and am using it daily for rectal, vaginal and ear insufflation. Years ago I used my machine and didn't use good ventilation in the room. It started impacting my heart and lungs very badly. I had to quit completely for many years, as each time I'd try ozone the heart and lung problems would start up again. Now I am able to use it but I make sure not to breath much of the ozone.

I have read over and over that breathing ozone is bad for you. There is a method of filtering ozone through oil into a breathable form, I'm not sure what the method is though. It's on the web on various sites.

When drinking ozone water, start slowly. I started drinking the ozone and had a really severe detox reaction. I'm using Oxypowder right now, which delivers ozone and helps flush out the toxins at the same time. It does make me feel better, but soon I'll try and drink ozone water again in small amounts.

Lastly I just want to say that the ozone is helping with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I'm having less pain and more energy -thank God! I'm hoping things will keep improving! It's important to do it carefully though.
