Ok, I am seriously considering this and I can't believe that I am. You said you paid $2,000 was that just for what he did or does it include your airfare and hotel? Did you talk to him prior to seeing him. I think that is the thing that freaks me out is getting there and then not feeling right about it. I assume everyone automatically gets an evaluation and x-rays, correct? My mom's old co-worker a long time ago said she went to a dentist in Mexico to get her Amalgams removed and she had a bad experience. I am not sure who she saw or what exactly her bad experience was but it makes me nervous. If I do go to him I don't think I'll have to go back since I don't have that much that needs to be done. How long did you have to wait for your appointment? When did you have all this done, this year? Thanks for your help!

p.s. You said you went with your husband, was he behind you on that decision. I don't know if my hubby would go for it. I may take my mom with me because she has a full mouth of Amalgam and needs hers done also.

Oh one more thing, how was your recovery? How did you feel coming out of the sedation and did you go right home or did you stay another night? Tweet
