For what it is worth I feel this site has saved my GB. I came here two years ago when I was having serious GB pain. I was scheduled for surgery and cancelled it. The doctor told me what I was doing was life threatening. I have not had one problem until last week. It has been 6 months since my last flush. I was doing them every other month and getting stones out. I was just too busy to flush.
Last week I had another attack. I was out of town. I rushed to the nearest store and got my epson salt and olive oil and went to work.
I drank 4 ounces of the oil right away to relieve the pain. It did. Then I started the epson routine etc. More stones and big ones.
Pain gone. Stones gone. GB still with me and doing well. The head of gastro a friend of mine said what I am doing is excellent. If and when it does not work then maybe we will have to take the GB out. Until then keep flushing. It is painless just a little distastful.
