Help..mouth full of poison...

Hi ! can anyone give me some advice? I have a root canaled tooth that has a pocket of "problem area" around it, and a mouth full of metal fillings.... I am incredibly broke... what would be the first priority? What is the suggestion for dealing with a root canal? has anyone any info regarding implants or replacements for extracted teeth?
