I don't know what to take to get rid of the metal taste, except to get your fillings out of your mouth and replace them with no metallic fillings. Tasting metal in your mouth is a symptom of chronic mercury toxicity.
Please see my website at www.mercurypoisoned.com/symtoms.html for a list of symptoms of chronic mercury toxicity.
Do not ever remove mercury fillings except with a very strict protocol. My site and links on my site tells of a safe protocol for removing mercury fillings.
You stated: "i take effexor pharmaceutical, and one side effect is this metal taste in mouth."
Is this substance pulling the mercury out of your fillings?
