Hi Red,
Can't help. My insurance is really a cheap insurance, so I'm paying for it myself. My dentist is charging me about 40.00 a piece for the fillings to be removed and replaced, so it is pricey. Like anyone who has no insurance, tell the dentist you are not insured and get quotes from several dentists. A lot of times doctors will reduce their price because they don't have to deal with the insurance companies.
