Hi there,

In order for your body to absorb magnesium there has to be 4 factors, 1) there has to be an acidic stomach although MAgnesium Citrate comes wiht citric acid , however I'll recommend you to take it between meals 2 hours after breakfast for instance, 2) Vitamin D levels on your body should be balance which means that you should go outside and take sunbaths as your body produce vitamin D when on the sun 3) Vitamin B1 is also important in magnesium assimalation therefore take B complex once in a while or check you B levels to find out, 4) If it happens that you are taking any other supplement that contain either Calcium or Potassium try to take them at different hours as both of them compite with magensium for absortion.
