Cure for Schitzophrenia?

I was diagnosed with schitzophrenia in 1995 - 1996, i was 18 (it was Christmas day and i spent the two weeks in a hospital). I was put on risperidone(2mg/day). Then in 1997 my doctor took me of the pills and thought he would never see me againm, but he was wrong. In 1998 i had a relapse and i almost lost my life under a car when i run naked through the streets. I am not embarassed now, "it's just something that had to be done" i felt at the time. I was back in the hospital, but it was a different hospital with a different doctor. This doctor said that i had to be on the madication for 5 years before i would be cured, but atleast he listnened to my families and my concearns. As I was getting well i got a fixetion that i got well in the other hospital and i was on a quest to go back there. I phoned my old doctor and i persisted to go back. I was back in the old hospital under the care of my old doctor. Now I am back on the 2mg a day. After my second relapse I thought i could cure my self by changing my diet alone so i became a vegeterian. First I was eating fruits and vegetables cooked and raw i ate also eggs and fish, and dairy. Then I stopped eating fish and i ate only eggs, diary and fruits and vegtables,.......so and so forth... untill now i eat only raw fruit and vegetabls after reading this site i try to eat mostly organic.

I have some questions, it is propesed on this website that this brain disease can be cured, have there been any cases where the disease was cured using this method of changing your diet, changing you attitude towards life and doing the cleanse rituals? If yes please tell me about it I want to know everything.

And here is some pressing business I have right now: I have stared the cleanse: I am currently doing a bowel, parasite with the Master Cleanse. I am getting the dirt outof my body, BUT i have noticed that my head is racing with toughts and i think I am going to have another relapse even when taking the medication( i was thinking of crushing the medication so get absorbed to the body faster) just for the time I am doing the Master Cleanse. What do you think?

ps. I was not sure if to post this message but I know that it might help someone if i beat this 'thing'.
