Everything I said about cleansing still goes really, because for the stomach to be irritated enough to allow Pylori to take hold, it can mean there's a push-back somewhere, unless of course the damage is due to life stress.
ACV taken regularly throughout the day will help neutralize stomach acids a bit, to ease the pain.
Marshmallow and slippery elm - tea or tincture or powder - will help coat the stomach so it is protected, rather like a bandaid.
IF they have an Antibiotic that is *specific* for H.Pylori, rather than a general-spectrum one, I'd consider taking it. Depends on how bad the infection is.
