We all have all kinds of bacteria in us at all times. They are never the root cause of the problem, they are merely opportunistic. When they get out of balance it's only because we give them too much dreck to live on. A clean trash can has no flies, right? But a trashcan full of garbage has TONS of flies! and you wouldn't use Antibiotics - pharmeceutical or natural - or pesticides, in that case, would you? Nope! you would simply take out the garbage.
Same thing with our colons. Do extensive, thorough bowel cleansing, preferably with your own enema or colema setup, concurrently with liver and lymph cleansing (see FAQ on this page for notes on how).
If you feel really ratty, you can take some natural Antibiotics , but it is the cleansing that will get you back to feeling good again. Persistent, chrnoic Body Odor and bad breath is a sure sign that your bowels, liver and kidneys are in a "trashcan state."
Safe and effective Antibiotics are: raw garlic or aged kyolic; grapefruit seed oil, Pau D'arco tea. The rest are okay but tend to lose effectiveness over time. You may want to get Fungal Defense from Garden of life, it has all the good ones. Do about 2 weeks of Antibiotic therapy, and then switch over to probiotics: kefir, yogurt, live acidophilus, Primal Defense.
Also, be sure to help the immune system with plenty of good oils (see protein shake recipe), green tea, kombucha.
