gas discomfort and stones

CASE HISTORY AND PRESENT STATUS

Starting date:

Intense gas discomfort on the right side upper quadrant.
Sometime this gas pressure used to travel to left side under the left ribs. Felt this discomfort/mild pain more on the right side of the back and also left side of the back behind the ribs. When I felt discomfort on the right side, it caused belching. I also felt pain in the back ribs of both right and left. I used to feel this gas pain while coming to standing position from a sitting position on the right side under my right ribs. I felt this gas discomfort/pain on the right side upper quadrant, whiling dring the car on a bumpy road. I felt it while coughing also. Felt bloated. Though my bowel movements are irregular as I am a constipated patient all through my life, but, I have never felt this sudden immense gas pressure in my life. In one of my earlier ultrasound tests, it showed that my pancreas is not visible and obscured with gases. I don't know what triggered this immense gas pressure.

I was x-rayed for my back. It appeared that I have degenerative bone disease. By taking anti-rhumatic plus anti-inflammatory medicine for a month, pain in the back side ribs of both right and left became o.k.

An ultrasound was done which showed 2-3 small stones in gb. The doctors differed on it. Some people say that the stones can cause this gas/discomfort while most doctors (2 professors of medicine) said it is due to irritable bowel syndrome. One famous professor of medicine has attributed it to a fatty lever, as it is reported in one of my ultrasound tests. According to them, these are silent stones. But I would like to clarify that it is not such a severe pain which is usually caused by gb stones.

A blood test was done and it showed that I have a recovered case of HB. In this connection, one point is very confusing. An office boy who serves me tea/coffee carried the same gas discomfort symptoms as of mine prior to starting the problem with me. My doubt is perhaps he was also having HB and I contracted from him. Can such symptoms happen even if my result shows recovery from HB. I don't know when HB started and when I recovered. My question is that when he was having these symptoms, why also I was affected by the same symptoms.

Can HB problem cause harm to immune system ? I am not diabetics but my blood Sugar showed 118 fasting which in the subsequent test was 104. Sugar was also found in the urine, which in the later tests was not found.

Stool test showed the followings :

Color :Brownish
No gerdias or other parasites (Previously, I had gerdias also)
Yeast cells found
PH 6.2
H.Pylon HpsA Negative
Occult Blood: Negative

PRESENT STATUS :

There is lot of improvement in this gas pressure. Now, I feel this gas pressure sometime on the right side under the ribs which sometimes travels to the left side under the ribs. Its intensity has reduced. I don't have pain in the back, as I used to have it in the beginning. However, new symptoms noted, which in my opinion are due to gas pressure in my body.

Felt sensitivity/mild pain in the left side shoulder and arm, which became ok now. ECG normal.

Right side ear sometimes seems blocked. Checked with ENT specialist. Ear perfectly normal. Once or twice felt head turning.

Can you suggest the reasons causing this problem and how to remove silent stones. Tweet
