Forgive me... this is total tripe and complete nonsense. Hemlock is natural and it'll kill you. How about opium or heroin? Both are natural, addictive and deadly. Are you suggesting that opium is better for headaches/aches & pains than Ibuprofen simply b/c opium is natural? That's ridiculous but it is the allusion you just made.
Is tree bark better than refined aspirin? What about Sassafras? Sassafras tea has been shown to be carcinogenic and that's natural. Tobacco? Mandrake? Gypsum weed? (sp)
You need to divorce yourself from this notion that anything man made is automatically bad. And while I will certainly concede that many PharmCo's aren't above board on many things it would be a total mistake to think all medications, other than "natural" ones, have no curative or therapeutic properties(should I bring up the pickle we'd be in without
Antibiotics ?). Your criterion for selecting "medicine" appears to be completely arbitrary and you can expect to get yourself into all kinds of trouble guessing at what you think is effective simply b/c it's "natural".
Radioactivity is natural. That's not too good for you either. So I think it's been made clear that using the ad hoc standard of "natural" can really get you into trouble(such as the people who have nearly died using "natural" herbal tea for weight loss only to find out their kidneys quit working).
There's no quick fix. You can't change the physical/chemical properties of molecules to suit the way you think. And what you don't know CAN hurt you. So, imho, if you're going to take this stuff..... know what you're taking and how it works.
Good health requires responsibility not fantasy. ;)
