you can add one whole egg raw, then add extra egg yolks only if you want even more protein/eggs. that takes care of both the complete amino issue and the anti-nutrient issue. :) There's a lot of argument and disagreement about jsut how strong that anti-nutrient is so my best advice is compromise.
