I was just wondering what your views are on the amount of eggs one can safely consume in a week?
I tried one of your protein shakes yesterday and i made a few changes as i had no rice milk so i used soya milk with 2 raw organic eggs,cinnamon,i tsp molasses and ex vir oli oil and i have to say it was so good i cant wait till tomorrow morning when i have another with my oatmeal and sultanas.
I wondered whether it was safe to consume more eggs as long as they are raw and not cooked as surely the body finds it harder to digest cooked egg.
Also i often read you should avoid liquids half an hour and 1-2 hours after eating yet when you cook oatmeal or make soup the best part is liquid!
