Chinese bitters, coptis, Bitter taste has a constipating effect

Hi Shelly,

How are you. Happens that me and my wife are preparing for a Liver Flush next friday so both are taking chinese bitters and coptis, to assist the liver but since taking both of them both of us are having huge constipation. I did a search on curezone archives and found another thread of another VAta person with constipation problems due to taking chinese bitters and coptis. Actually this is just an FYI as this herbs are recommended for constipation but sometimes due to the bitter taste it makes people with no constipation at all, very constipated like my wife.
