Okay, you've done the cleansing bit, now you have to do the REBUILDING STAGE. For you, that means going back on safe dairy, because that is THE best way to re-establish a healthy mucosa lining which is essential for rebuilding the strength and ease of passing BMs.
If you live in a state where you can get raw milk, start drinking it, small amounts. If you don't, or even if you can, start drinking Kefir, preferably make your own from your own kefir grains (the Body Ecology book and Nourishing Traditions book explains this quite well). You're definitely low in good microbes and that complicates eVERYthing.
Rock out occasionally on berry smoothies and lassi - the digestive lassi recipe recently posted in particular would be very good for your issues. Make it very spicy! :)
YOu also need to increase your Lecithin/Choline intake. It is essential for peristaltic function. If you're low in cholesterol it's no wonder you're constipated!!! Cholesterol is a pre-cursor to bile and the neurotransmitter that signals peristaltic action. So start eating shrimp, eggs and organ meats and supplement with lecithin frequently. The protein shake would be ideal.
Beef broth and pot roast and good chicken broth - meats with bone, basically - are a good way to get proteins and gelatin that aid protein absorption so that you can start repairing faster. YOu can buy good organic gelatin and add it to sauces/gravy.
Be sure to keep an eye on your tongue as you add dairy. If it gets white/coated, back off a bit and drink some ginger tea or digestive lassi.
IT is also important for you to go for a short walk after your main meals and to increase fluids when you eat meats.
A bit of fennel tea is not dependency forming and could really help you out. And a bit of aloe vera, like a tablespoon of the gel that's edible or drinking 1/2 cup of the drinkable liquid 3x daily for a week would be a good idea.
