synchrometer

Hello,
Could anybody tell me where to get basic instructions on how to use Clarl's synchrometer?!?! I've been trying to use it based on Cure for all diseases, but the very basics is not explained well there - I cannot understand how to do basic test, what is positive and what is negative, and so on. Please let me know how I could learn how to use synchrometer!!!
