Nuts and seeds (especially almonds and hemp seed) are wayyyyy better for the condition than meats. If you have a hard time digesting them eat raw nut butters. Too much protein is very bad...but especially stay away from meat! Dead meat will only keep you overly acidic and keep conditions prime in your stomach for fungus to live. You'll never truly heal eating meat on a regular basis, it may calm down the symptoms but that is it. You want to eat as much raw as you can handle, use juicing/blending, and nut butters if you are having issues with digestion. Replace at least one meal a day with slippery elm gruel! It will give your liver a much needed break from hard-to-digest foods, and heals the stomach.
