Beans are fine for many. You can also try winter squashes and yams. Some do well making things like Buckwheat pancakes, whihc is not actually a grain. Others do ok with nuts. A lot of this is very individual, and finding out through trial and error what aggravates your condition and what does not. It is a pain, time consuming, but helpful when wanting to expand the diet options.
