I was never offficially tested for candida but I have been to 9 drs in regards to a constant itching in my vagina and no one has been able to help me.
Since cutting out sugars and yeast causing foods, I am feeling some relief on good days.
My question is that I am over-compensating for lack of grains with a lot meat products and it is a little overwhelming to the system. Do you have any ideas for alternative ways to eat. I am eating a lot of vegatables and chicken, beef, or fish. I want to cut down on the animal products but it seems like nuts, grains, soy, dairy, and beans are all bad for this conditon. Any suggestions would be helpful.
