I know what it's like to avoid whatever will flare symptoms. Been there, done that.
Sometimes, however, we have to step outside of those arbitrary boundaries and look past the immediate into the longer range.
Is a temporary flare in symptoms worthwhile for the long-term benefit of flushing the liver?
In my opinion - absolutely yes.
Do what you can to improve the organ function and the rest will follow. It is all about breaking the symptomology mindset created by the Western medical establishment. No pain, no discomfort, no symptoms = cure. How wrong it is!
Remember in the 80's - no pain, no gain? That's kind of what we are all doing here.
