Coconut Oil Liver flush produced DEAD YEAST - no stones

Hello everyone,

I am a new poster here on the Candida Forum , my usual haunt is the Liver Flush Forum .

I just wanted to post here because my flush this past Saturday produced unexpected results.

A little background: I am a 33 YO female with one child. I have been battling Candida for the better part of 10 years. Done the diet, done the various herbal remedies etc. I finally figured out the Liver Flushing was the missing piece of the puzzle. The first few with olive oil and grapefruit went fine until I developed a massive gag reflex to even the thought of the concoction. So, I have been experimenting with different oils to produce a satisfactory flush. I decided for flush #9 that I would try coconut oil.

Well...the concoction went down fine...I used 1/2 cup of coco oil and 1/2 cup of lime juice mixed with a little honey. The next day, however, I expected to see stones...but no. I saw POTSFUL of nothing but YEAST! Gobs and Gobs. There was also a great deal of bright yellow bile. I was still passing yeast today in each bowel movement...tons of it! Sunday I felt awful...massive die-off. I haven't felt that bad in YEARS. I couldn't even muster the energy to do an enema. I just sat and drank water.

I have been reading more about coco oil and discovered that this is what caprylic acid is derived from. When I took caprylic acid a few years back, it did nothing. But this, my friends, was amazing!

As far as immediate improvement, I have noticed that my nasal allergies seem somewhat better. I have not had to take my 3 scripts today. I suffer with asthma as well, and I seem better today there too. Of course, time will tell. I am having an increase in epigastric gas and bloating as well as a lower energy level. I have had approx. 3-4 Tbs of coco oil today mixed in with food, so I believe that the gas and bloating is due to continuing die-off. It is somewhat uncomfortable, but not unbearable.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience in case it may help someone else.

Thanks!

Texas
