One thing you have to add to your routine when doing enemas is replenish the natural microbiotic balance in the intestines, since enemas pretty well 'wipe the slate clean' of both good and bad organisms, and you need plenty of good things in there to keep the balance. Taking probiotics is essential. One natural source of them is kefir (a type of yogurt), if you don't have probiotic supplements. There are plenty of other natural/raw food sources that I'm not as familiar with (LF veterans ??). Also, consider that Candida is not normally visible to the eye even in large clumps/globs - might well be another type of parasite.
