while doing the 80/10/10 diet, do you have to do 80 percent fruits? or can it be 80 percent vegetables? i have read about it but curious for those who are nervous to eat 80 percent fruit in their diet if you could just eat salad for most of the day? i have been eating a ton of raw foods and been feeling a lot better these last few days...but i have still been eating some fish and steamed veggies as well. i was just curious if i tried to eat only salad for a few days what would happen. what do you do if you are allergic to nuts and seeds? do you have to eat these on the 80/10/10 diet?
