I was under the assumption that lentils (legumes, in general) are gluten-free. But after reading up on "gluten-free diets" on wikipedia.org, I found that lentils are high in starch and not gluten-free apparently. This is really bad because a main staple of mydiet is lentils.
Also, another question: Are lentils high in starch? I know wikipedia.org says so, but are they an acceptable food while on the candida diet? Please help. Thanks.
