I really laughed at your post! Here's what I do. I lightly steam broccoli or any vegetables while they are still crisp. Then I put on a plate, sprinkle with Himalayin salt(per 2Tuff), squeeze lemon juice, drizzle olive oil and then place several fresh pressed garlic cloves and that's my dinner or lunch. This is delicious to me. You can also place two teaspoons of that cilantro pesto on top too. Or, you could even sprinkle faxseed meal for extra fiber.

Cilantro pesto:
Bunch of cilantro (my publix has it by the bunch for about $1)
4 or 5 Tablespoons of olive oil
salt
lemon juice
almonds
5-6 cloves garlic
a bit of water
blend it well. This is good for chelating metals out of your system.
