Dear Vlad,


It is a n urban myth that milk is THE calcium intake king, actually vegetables contain a lot of calcium, here is a list of veggies full of calcium:


cauliflower, Lima beans, cabbage, carrot, celery, radish, cucumber, aspargus, lettuce spinach, onion, lime and green pepper.

Liquid assimilates better so any of these in a soup will help a great deal.
