You have me intrigued but a bit confused. How much Sugar do you mean - just a bit? or a more mixed diet?
Do you believe than that the diet won't work?
I ask because I struggle with keeping on the diet. I have a life and therefore such restricition restricts not only my eating but social settings and even my work environment. I do take a lot of probiotics: 5 Jarrow in the AM, 3 pearls before bed, make/eat cultured veggies and coconut kefir. I have done bowel cleansing w/ blessed herbs and several liver flushes, do dry brushing 2x a day, colonics 2x a month, take lots of supplements including collodial silver, echinacea, garlic (regular), cinnamon, and just started grapefruit seed extract.
How long are you suggesting that your "cure" takes - years?
Just trying to get more info.
