My experience with 3 Lac and candida

I have candida. I have had it and been suffering terribly with it for MANY years. I have been studying many different approaches to get well. I read about 3 Lac here on curezone and also by reading much info I found from doing a Google.com search. It sounded good, but I first tried other things. Not much got me much relief from my many symptoms. I then went to see a colonic therapist and he tested me and told me I do indeed have a very bad candida problem as well as parasites. (So I can tell you that extensive use of the Zapper did NOT work for ME.)

He told me that he had had great results with his clients who got on 3 Lac. So I purchased a can and started taking 3 per day as he recommended. Whoops>>>>> led to TERRIBLE constipation. I read many 3Lac stories and sites. Too much die off of the candida overgrowth. I called Joe but he was always so busy he never had much time to talk with me. He said he could not understand it and said to continue. I did and stayed constipated and also developed insomnia. I did gradually see some improvement in my moods.

I finally contacted Leanne through her informative site. From her via emails I learned I should have started with one per day and GRADUALLY worked up to three. She was very helpful and concerned and passed on a lot of good info to me on HOW to use 3 Lac. ( She was way more helpful than Joe, the colon therapist, ever was !). I don’t know why someone sells something and tells you it works but fails to give adequate instructions!
My bowels started working again and I stopped having the insomnia. I feel better. I guess I have a severe case because I have MANY symptoms and when I did the spit test, I had LOTS of candida threads hanging in the water. (See her site).
I DO recommend the product ( 3 Lac) and her nice site. I have never purchased any from her but I may start doing so, since she has given me EXCELLENT and caring service ( even though I am not a client of hers !).

I have now been using 3 Lac consistently since Oct. 18th, so I have been taking it for just over two months now. I do NOTE more energy, better sleep, and improved mood. It has not yet relieved me of all my symptoms. I AM going to continue using it. I also learned via EDS ( Electro Dermal Screening) with a local naturopathic doctor that I have heavy metal toxicity. She said it is very hard ( if not impossible) to clear out candida until I have cleared out the metals. I am now on the same comprehensive program that got her well, as well as helping many others across the nation. So I have great hopes of getting all the metals, candida, parasites, and associated toxins OUT of me, and FINALLY being well and enjoying GOOD HEALTH. (And YES I have done: liver flushes, colonics, and enemas. But none of it has helped as much as the 3Lac and this heavy metal detox protocol.)
