Re: Can digestive enzymes cause stomach pain?

Hi Tammy, your msg was very helpful. I was just at The Vitamin Shoppe this afternoon and contemplated buying Q-zyme for the first time. I've never tried it --been using other enzymes.

I also believe I may have a problem with yeast. The first time I took G of Life's Fungal Defense I had a major reaction to it once I got up to 8 caps/day. I e-mailed the company and told that that was some really potent stuff! That may or may not have been die-off with the Fungal Defense.

However, when I took Primal Defense for about 1-2 mo. I had a real die-off reaction that ended up curing half my symptoms. Some persist, and I am going out of my mind waiting for the next reaction.

It may be that your body is cleansing for the first time from taking the Q-zyme. Did you try the other Garden of Life products before this? Or was this your first?
